Formar profesionales en la especialidad de Ingeniería de Computación y Sistemas con sólidos valores, competentes y creativos para resolver problemas en el contexto laboral y social; desarrollar habilidades para responder a los cambios y desafíos del entorno; fomentar la investigación aplicada en el desarrollo de sistemas de información; promover actividades de extensión y proyección social que beneficien a la sociedad.
